Cameron Hostetter (he/him)

Senior Consultant

Cameron contributes strong critical thinking skills to his work at ORS Impact, engaging in team-led efforts to help clients improve their learning and ultimately be more effective change-makers. He enjoys partnering with social change organizations to help them untangle complex challenges, understand the context and realities of those they seek to help, and deepen their impact.

Whether working behind the scenes or co-facilitating a meeting, Cameron is always excited to use design to help communicate ideas, and sees as much power in the group decision-making process as what gets captured in the final product. He is driven by the opportunity to learn something new every day through his work collaborating with colleagues and clients. Cameron has also contributed to ongoing internal efforts around integrating race equity and social justice into ORS Impact’s project work and organizational culture.

Cameron joined the ORS Impact team in June 2014 after working for a year as an affiliate. Prior, he worked as an Admissions Counselor at his alma mater, The Evergreen State College, where he earned a BA in Environmental Studies. Originally from Fullerton, California, he has called the Pacific Northwest home for the last decade. You may spot him in Seattle swimming in Lake Washington, playing guitar, working on his jump shot, or collaborating on art projects with his friends.
