Aubrey believes that measurement, evaluation, strategy development are most impactful when they promote learning and mindset shifts. Aubrey brings a social psychology lens to social impact and systems change work and believes that trust building and relationship are key to effective partnerships throughout an evaluation lifecycle. Aubrey draws on her behavioral sciences and human-centered design background when thinking through audience and purpose of evaluation design, reporting, and opportunities for sensemaking.
Aubrey holds a B.A in Music and Business from the University of Puget Sound and a Masters in Social and Public Communication from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Prior to joining ORS, Aubrey held roles in teaching and nonprofit development in the education space.
In her free time, you can find Aubrey trying out new recipes, swing dancing, and attempting to pet all the dogs and cats in her Seattle neighborhood.
