Marshall Brumer

Vice President

Marshall enjoys supporting clients to develop and implement strategies that lead to system-level social change.  He works with clients to develop prioritized outcomes that lead to ultimate social change results, develop strategies that map to these prioritized outcomes and to ultimately develop their organizations to match these strategies and outcomes.  Marshall works with clients to uncover their best thinking by encouraging their ideas and challenging their assumptions, ultimately bringing business discipline and processes to the development of social change strategy efforts.

Marshall joined ORS in 2012, after more than 25 years in the corporate and technology sectors, working across platforms to develop large-scale strategies and systems.  During that time, he brought business processes and discipline to the many non-profits he supported in roles from volunteer to board president.  Marshall has a Bachelors in Information and Computer Science from the University of California at Irvine

In his free time, Marshall enjoys anything having to do with the ocean/marine life (like volunteering at the Seattle Aquarium), woodworking, traveling and spending time with his family.
