Cecilia believes in using high quality data to promote systems-level change and brings a multicultural and multiracial lens to any project with which she engages. She is passionate about working with clients to support their internal work and help strengthen their efforts towards social advancement. She values interpersonal relationships and creative thinking, as well as understands the importance of applying appropriate methodologies to evaluate projects.
Cecilia joined ORS in February 2019, bringing along seven years of immigration law experience in the private sector. She has extensive case management experience and is an effective communicator, deep listener, and collaborator. She has a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in public policy analysis and evaluation from the Evans School of Public Policy and Governance at the University of Washington.
Cecilia is originally from Campeche, Mexico and is fluent in Spanish. In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga and spending time with her family outdoors.
